Oh, good ones. But I HAVE to go with Timothy Dalton. He was so hysterical. And if you hadn't seen Hot Fuzz before Chuck, it was such a delightful surprise to see him be so funny.

agreed. that was honestly the WORST story-arch of the series.. s4 was atrocious. but i loved every moment Volkov was on screen... he was so perfect!

i think that's a testament to how good he was.

S4 was FAR from atrocious - it just had a completely different vibe than the other seasons. Now S3 and S5 on the other hand...

i liked season 3... Ellie is always super annoying so using her more and more was irritating, but otherwise i thought it was good. Shaw is a great character. Season 4 was terrible and season 5 was better just because it wasn't season 4.

I think I also have to go with the most under appreciated Bond as well. Tim Dalton was equally adept at being one intimidating and very funny. He made the Volkoff storyline my favorite of all the major story arcs.

T. D. was so great as the bumbler, even though you knew it was an act, followed by the super bad guy, then revealed as a nut case. Great job by him.
I'm just into season 4 on netflix and avoid watching the opening credits so I can say "Omg, that's Lou Diamond Phillips!" Such great guest stars on this series.

I think he's considered a regular cast member on the show, but he can be quite hysterical, yes.

Talking about regulars, Adam Baldwin was the reason I started watching "Chuck". "Firefly" was the best series ever. Nobody can say more with a grunt than him!

For me its simple Timothy Dalton cause he's the best actor that has been on this series.
Also Scott Bakula he's a pretty awesome actor too and his arc as Stephen Bartowski was my favorite guest star story line in five seasons.
