Third World production with amateurish plot holes.
Wow. Where to begin? As far as third world films are concerned, this one was pretty good, however there were still quite a few plot holes worth mentioning. For example:
1. The kid says he wants to be a secessionist but secede from what exactly? DUH!
2. The poor kids find a stash of guns and go on a rampage. But where did they get the money to buy bullets? DUH!
3. Furthermore, where did they carry the bullets - in their underwear? Double DUH!
4. The kid's mother said she had lots of trouble with the kid's father but we never get to meet the father and hear his side of the story. DUH!
5. The kids rob a billiards hall with their pistols but then get scared and start crying when the prostitutes refuse to do their job? DUH!
6. The gangsters shoot little kids wearing only baseball chest protectors and the kids get up and walk away? DUH!
7. The bagman puts on his own baseball chest protector because he thinks it will offer the same protection as that afforded to the kids and nobody will notice it? DUH!
8. The drug dealers peddle their goods in the wide open without ever getting caught? DUH!
9. The Italian tailor hides in the trunk of a car because people are shooting at him and he doesn't suffocate? DUH!
10. The Italians say they are at war and yet there are no uniforms, aircraft, APC's, RPG's or anything like that? DUH!
Sure there were plenty of plot holes but as far as third world movies go, this one rates a very solid C-.
