Yes, that's right.
The cast and crew will let out of their contracts on January 1, 2009. So, CBS has 15 days left to make a decision.

That'd be GREAT if they renew it for a second season, I was hooked and think there are many directions the show could still go in.

I wish they would just say already whether this will come back or not instead of making the fans hold their breath. I really hope it does.

Yea I agree.... its after Jan. 1st but its still listed as FTBD (fate to be determined)
