Donna and Ronnie

Those are the two survivors of our three young couples at the prom. I can't help but feel sorry for the both of them. I mean, their friends(Michael and Claire), her boyfriend(Bobby), and his girlfriend(Lisa) were viciously murdered.
And they were all talking about how the prom and graduation was like the end of the road and the beginning of another. But, death seemed to have gotten in the way of all of that. Now, the both of them will have bittersweet memories of that night. And so will their peers. The reunions are gonna be difficult.
I wonder what happened to the two of them after the horrific events at the hotel and prom. If it were real, would they move on and still try to cope? I'm not asking for a follow-up but I wonder what they would be doing after all that drama.
