I found this film was more preoccupied with its glossy exterior than any real substance. The killer's indentity being displayed at the beginning was lame, removing the only element that may have saved this film-suspense. The killings were average and lacked any real terror or danger. Very little blood,this was about on par with an episode of Columbo.

Lackluster and unscary. The 1981 Prom Night is far better

Feels like a movie better suited for the Lifetime Channel.
