I honestly didn't know whether to laugh or cringe at that line...

actually, that didn't sound all too unrealistic coming from a high school girl to her friend. girls talk about their period symptoms all the time and if needed will lend their friends an advil or Tylenol to help relieve those symptoms.
just from my experience and my take on it

I know. It totally screws it up for me. Even though it fits what a girl like her would say so it's kind of realistic in that sense, I still wish they would've left it out.
