Who didn't think this movie was as abismal as every single other person on this board? While yes, it would never win any awards and is predictable, I still found it very entertaining and I loved the soundtrack.

Maybe it's because I have never seen any of the original prom night movies? But I think this is an entertaining way to pass an hour and a half. Plus I love Brittany snow. Also maybe it's because I've only seen the unrated version? Not sure if its just me that enjoyed this movie...

Honestly, the original Prom Night is weak too and they don't have much in common. I think the bigger question would be how many slashers you've seen, since this completely fails at doing anything they try to do well.

I liked it, but I think the Unrated version goes a little bit further to putting it into the slasher category. And people harp on it for not having the same plot as the original Prom Night. Well, none of the original sequels did, either. The original was a slasher movie, whereas all of the sequels were in-name-only sequels and were really ghost stories.

You should be the only one, but for some strange reason you're not. This movie is bad - really bad - and by no means deserves to be thought of as "entertaining."

You're not the only one. I think it's pretty good save a few plot holes and goofs.
