Snape caught Dean Thomas passing counterfeit gillyweed and was holding him down with a knee to his neck and Dean kept saying "I can't apparate" and then expired.

I do agree with warning about spoilers, and not posting spoiler titles, like the one below about Dobby.

However as mentioned above, it is a 10-year old movie, so proceed at your own risk!

Ignoring that the movie 10 years old when you came here, why did you go to a discussion on the movie before seeing it?

This site is already a small community, you barely have discussions going on anyway, not like there's much to talk about before seeing the movie.
