I thought there were 3 episodes of season 3?

That were unaired, but still put out there. Yet I can't find them anywhere...were they just added onto to season 2 when it was released or are there still 3 episodes hidden somewhere?

The last 3 episodes of Season 2 are what you are talking about. They only aired up to episode 10 in the USA and left the final 3 episodes to air in the summer (because the didn't have room on their schedules after Christmas I think). Episode 2.13 was (sadly!)the last episode filmed for season 2 and the entire show.
