Did Bryan Fuller stay with this show all the way through?

Was he a writer all the way through?

I tried looking through episodes specifically first, but Bryan is listed several times in the writing, once as simply "Bryan Fuller (Creator)" , so I am not sure as a result whether or not he actually contributed to it other than creating it.

I mean, I loved Dead Like Me at the beginning, but Bryan Fuller left after the first four episodes, and the writing quality in all aspects -- character, humor, intelligence, plot -- quickly dropped. The description of this show piqued my interest, but I'd rather not get involved in it for only a short amount of episodes.
