and I don't know if it's always like this but this show is hilarious. Everyone is so rude but it's funny rude i'm laughing so loud neighbors are telling me to shut up. If all British people are like these guest/host then I want to live in the UK.

It's usually over-the-top hilarious, but there are the occasional boring guests. Graham Norton does his best, of course, and there's usually a British comedian in the line-up anyway, when there are boring guests, to help with the conversation/comedy, but some boring people just can't be helped.
Usher, for example. He sat on that red chair like, "Look how handsome I am! I'm so handsome I won't bother taking my sunglasses off. And I'mma lick my lips a gajillion times because I'm so handsome." Jack Whitehall, a British comedian, was in that line-up, along with a then-normal Miley Cyrus, but Whitehall was the only interesting character in that interview. He later commented on how dull Usher was when he became a guest on the show again, with Adele and Miranda Hart, and they were all hilarious.
I'm honestly sort of new to the show. Discovered it around the time "The Heat" was premiering. I was on YouTube and saw a Sandra Bullock clip of her appearance on this show. Luckily, the full show was on YouTube, so I watched it. After that I watched one episode after another until I got totally hooked...all off YouTube, unfortunately, because we don't get The Graham Norton Show in my country.
P.S. Do yourself a favor and go search for "The Best of So Graham Norton" on YouTube. There's a 9-part compilation of the best bits from Norton's previous chat show, which was more risque and naughty, with a ton of sexual innuendos and a lady that could play flute with her...
Edit: And, by the way, if you want to watch a crazy Graham Norton Show episode, watch the one with Michael Fassbender, Sarah Silverman, and Mark Wahlberg. Wahlberg did so many inappropriate stuff during that interview, including rubbing Norton's nipple.
