Cliff Curtis' character at the end?
He didn't kill anyone and while his sister was being watched, the murder didn't look premeditated so he can't be charged with acting in concert. He was certainly an accessory but what's the max he could be charged with?

He did help cover up the murder and didn't go to the Police when they were questioning him...so in the real world his career would be over and most likely charged with murder as a accessory after the fact, or some sort of obstruction type charge.
