After the sex scene between Lena and Ernesto in Ibiza, Lena goes to toilet and throws up.
When back in Madrid, she talks to Mateo about how much she hates sleeping with Ernesto, but is it possible that she was pregnant at that time?? Could it be a reason why he pushed her from the stairs(because he thought that the baby is Mateos)?
Has anyone thought about this?
I think she threw up because she couldn't stand the idea of having sex with him. You can clearly see that she is disgusted by his touch after sex under the sheet, and when she comes out of the bathroom and finds him resting she hopes/thinks that he is dead.
shareI too thought she was pregnant (whenever a woman throws up in a movie she's pregnant! :-) ) and when she fell down the stairs, I thought she was thinking of the baby, and was wondering whose child it would be. The idea of her being disgusted.. well, it wasn't her first night or weekend with him. She had been *beep* and sharing a bed with him for a long time.
But yes, thinking about it, disgust was something they were keen on showing in that scene. But it also doesn't make much sense giving how old the relationship was. Before that, before falling in love with the director, we don't see that she is That disgusted being around Ernesto.. we just see that she is not really excited being with him, and bored, looking for work or something to give her life meaning.
