what was the name of it the duck cooked in honey and lime its sound lovely :D
sounds kinda like pandami hash

Jamdani hash, I think it was.

Doesn't appear to be real.

Yea it is made up. Like a lot of things on G+S, it is fictional and another obscurity to help drive the humour (think Owain Hughes, fishing trip etc. etc.).

Actually no. That whole scene got a lot of people piqued about what Jamdhani Hash actually was and in the honour of the show, Mint and Mustard restaurant, actually invented it and put it on their menu. It has probably been copied by restaurants since. I have never seen this anywhere in India and it is not an Indian dish.
