shareAre the cuts made in the UK edition very noticeable when watching the film? The same kind of cuts (horse tripping)was made for "Musa the warrior" and it was quite easy to tell in one scene.
"Some days I just want to punch the world in its face."
Postponed until the 15th... Come on!
sharecan UK blu ray's be played on American blu ray players?
sharekorean blu-ray is coming august 27th which should be uncut
shareI have the UK blu-ray, after picking it up from Amazon UK for £7.98 (I had a £5 gift voucher so I just thought, "Oh, what the hell!").
The positive thing here is that the picture quality is absolutely beautiful and the sound is stunning. The DTS track will rip through your living room!
There are a few downers though:
The UK blu-ray is unfortunately region locked in case anyone outside was thinking of purchasing (though if your blu-ray player is multiregional then this won't be a problem).
The UK version is CUT by a few seconds, due to scenes of animal cruelty.
This is the International cut, and I personally prefer the Korean one, with its extended ending (The ending is there as an extra feature, but I'd prefer to watch it whole).
The subtitles are burnt in (this doesn't bother me so much, but I know some people prefer removeable subtitles).
I'd keep an eye on the Korean blu-ray.
