Did I get a bootleg?

I was looking for this film on eBay, and thought I found it on DVD. I bought it straight out, and have now received it. Well I think it may be a bootleg. The DVD case has a bunch of Korean on the back, the English description looks really odd for some reason, and it just reeks of being a "bootleg". I've never owned one before, and I hope I'm wrong here, but could it be possible that I did get a bootleg?

The location of the auction was Florida, not Hong Kong..

In the event that this is a bootleg, will I get in legal trouble since that is basically like having a pirated movie? Or do I not get in trouble if I didn't know about it?

Here's a link to the auction I got it from:

You will only get in legal trouble if you tell anyone about it, and even then, no one is going to care.
