Why can't they use real names?
Though I probably know the answer to this (to avoid lawsuits), if this movie is based on a published non-fiction book that names names, why can't this film use the name "DynCorp" or even the real names of some of the perpetrators? I wish they could/would do this!
Most documentaries aren't censored with fake names (unless they're trying to protect witnesses or the innocent victims), and although there may be fictional elements to this film, how much is fact?
I get it though. What would be stopping people from making another film supposedly based on fact that defames people who actually did the right thing?
And since no crime has been "proven in court", they wouldn't be able to use real names. Still though, wouldn't you like to hear these bastards’ names in the film?
