Mirrow, surveilance tape and stab wounds

Something doesn't add up here. I have three questions:
1) How did they tamper with the surveilance tapes?
2) How was the chinese girl able to look through the two way mirror?
3) How where they able to make such percise stabwounds on every victim, which the coroner said would require surgical capability?
They were just kids unhappy with their lives, but how was the above possible? Nothing about the ending suggested anything even remotely supernatural.

I can't answer 1 or 3, but for 2, she couldn't see through it, she just knew he'd be in there, watching the interrogation.

well the mastermind kid seemed to be good with computers and seeing as he did all that *beep* whats to say that he could not just tamper with a few computer systems

The gay character, Corey, was a med student I believe. He was the one that stabbed the mugger and told him not to worry because he didn't hit any major organs.

The one boy obviously was very good with computers. He had that whole room with the hardware booby trapped to destroy the computer evidence.
