So I'm just now watching the series for the first time (lol). The end of this movie confused the hell out of me. We basically see bits of the end of Saw III, where Lynn and her husband reunite and Jigsaw had JUST died. But this entire storyline happens AFTER Jigsaw dies, no???? Sexy officer accomplice guy finds the tape at the beginning of the movie.......
My brain can't piece together this loop unless I completely missed something....😣

I don't really understand how at the beginning of the movie jigsaw's body is being taken apart At the morgue but At the end he is still where he died in the third movie.
It's as if Hoffman Had listen to the tape in the beginning and then return back in time. Like, WTF?

The morgue scene takes place during the events of Saw VI.
Saw IV takes place during Saw III. Saw V right afterwards.
You're not the first to get confused, but honestly I don't get how anyone gets confused by it.
Morgue scene is during Saw V. Remember the scenes in Saw V where all the bodies are getting evacuated from the Gideon meat packing plant, and the one where Hoffman gets promoted to Lieutenant because he was the one who captured Jigsaw.
