The Peace Treaty Scene

Were those guys actually peace negotiators! If so, Sacha Baron Cohen made things a lot worse! I didn't care much when I saw it in the theathers, and I thought it was kind of funny, but then I saw "Promises", a film about the conflict. Then when I saw that scene again, I was thinking...dude, that's kind of messed up! He's making a joke out of a serrious conflict and could make things a lot worse! Don't get me wrong, I couldn't stop laughing at the pyramid joke, and I know he was just trying to funny, but you have to be careful when joking about stuff like that! As long as the peace negotiators understood that they were just filming a movie, and it wasn't meant to offend anyone, then I'm okay with it!
