The interviews were the best part in revealing homophobia.

Most of the over the top gay things were funny, but in some instances it would have worked just to be normal and show how people just don't accept gays no matter what. Especially in the scene with the fake talk show, so that it showed they didn't want him to raise the child simply because he was gay.

Or because he called the kid a "dick magnet"

You decide.

The crowd was hostile to him the second he revealed he was gay....so bringing the baby out and making incendiary comments is not what initially raised their ire..it only intensified it.

So many people mention the cage fight as the most disturbing scene and it is but I was just as troubled by the talk show.

Homophobia is RAMPANT in the black community with many blacks taking the viewpoint that gay issues are NOT civil rights issues.

I agree with this. As a homosexual myself, I found the talk show scene sickening. Yes, they had every reason to be angered by the pictures of the baby and the bees and the Jesus photo, but they were hostile from the moment he revealed his orientation. That one bitch "you need to get your *beep* together." God, she needs a slap to the face. And the one who kept rambling about AFRICA and AFRICANS was such a cliche.
