Did anyone notice when he was at the National Guard, right after he referred to one of the guys as a "she", he has a little smirk on his face? Looked like he was close to laughing.

I heard his commentary about that scene; he was terrified by the dominatrix: she had broken his finger and was beating the shlt out of him. He was scared and was about to be raped :O

It's not unusual! It also happens when he does Borat (at least in live interviews), there have been times where he almost breaks character so he just does that big smile with the two thumbs up to cover it, or he does an awkward laugh to disguise it!
