No where in the end credits of the movie in addition to the cast and crew here on IMDB list this character and actress who played her.

Does anyone have any input on this?

I thought she was the wife who cheated on the supposed donor.

I don't think it is the same girl, her hair is parted on the left in the baby making party scene and on the right (with no bangs) in the leonards girlfriend scene

Minor nitpick...I believe you meant "Jeff Goldblum (Leonard)'s girlfriend", since it would be unlikely - though not impossible - for Jeffy to be some Leonard's girlfriend in this movie

I always thought she was Roland's wife and was cheating on him with Leonard.

if you listened to the bit where roland is in the cafe with kassie, he tells her about his wife cheating on him, and how he will never trust a yoga teacher again. leonard worked with wally and didn't have anything to do with yoga, therefore roland's wife cheated on with someone else.
plus leonard's girlfriend looked chinese, and roland's wife didn't.

She looked like the girl that was on the date with Wally who he eventually scared off with his weirdness
