I just missed the end and I'm a bit confussed. The final scene in which Jeremy renner is walking and there's a credit on the screen which says 365 remaining days (or something like that I can't recall it right now) .... di that mean that Renner returns to Irak or is that a flashback from when he starts his mission in Irak??

He was bored by life outside of Iraq, which was specifically shown when he was looking at the huge selection of cereal boxes. Nothing else mattered or felt special to him after being in Iraq.
