I don't see the whole artistic relevance of exaggerating the shakiness of the camera. This is not sixties Nouvelle Vague. I listened to this more than I watched it. So annoying.

You're right, it is a pretty stupid thing to do. Considering the amount of good action films that do not use it, it makes you wonder if people will look back on this 30 years from now and find it very dated.
