shareHellraiser was written by Clive Barker who is gay. The cenobites were inspired by S&M and from what I've heard some of the Cenobites are described as being gender ambiguous in the original novel.
So in conclusion, deal with it.
In the new film the Cenobites were described as being shit just like the plot and characters.
So in conclusion there will be another reboot, deal with it.
