I'm actually looking forward to this film.

A lot of people seem to be nitckpicking the trailer over things like the film looking too dark and/or too clean, and Jamie Clayton being cast as Pinhead instead of 68-year old Doug Bradley (even down to the timbre of Clayton's voice). However, David Bruckner's 'The Ritual' and 'The Night House' were great, Clive Barker is involved, and David S. Goyer only has a story credit and didn't write the screenplay.

I'm not a huge fan of reboots but, on paper, this looks like a winner.

Did you actually watch the trailer? Lol

The lighting is way too dark, Pinhead now has a computer voice straight out of War Games, and the actors all look like J Crew models.

In other words, this looks like hot garbage.

Yeah I didn’t like it. Just like with the recent Texas Chainsaw movie everything looks so clean and polished and the actors are not believable. There is no rawness or grittiness to it.
