You know us Americans will remake this. Put some hot young teen actors in it, PG-13 and make it a Fear Factor-esque movie. This has the potential of become a horror classic is done correctly. Get Darren-Lynn Bousmann...Alex Aja...Alexander Bustillo and Julian Maury to director and you have gory blood and horror.

Why, for the love of God, can't the American movie industry come up with new ideas and stop re-making Asian movies? The version that D.E. released(13 Game of Death) is great the way it is. I guess most Americans are just too lazy to read the subtitles.
Today I am dirty, tomorrow I'll be just dirt.
But since the Weinstein company is troubled with finances on the brink of a bankruptcy, and even closed their NY office recently, maybe they don't have enough funds to do this remake.
They really need to consider their budgets and carefully select projects, I think many of them, if not all, will be shelved for now.

Good call on the America remake coming in the future. At least they kept it R-rated, and didn't add the crappy teen actors. I enjoyed it for a one-time watch. 6/10
