I am fairly new to this show; I've been watching random episodes on Netflix. Some aren't as interesting as others, obviously, so I was wondering if I've seen the really exciting ones. Of the episodes I've watched so far, I enjoyed Siberia, African Savannah, Jungle Swamp, Baja Desert, and the Sahara the most. Am I missing any really amazing episodes?
My fav is the Alaska episode when he's in his makeshift "tent" at night and something very large is wandering around his campsite sniffing the air and checking things out; it was the only time I've seen Bear visibly rattled and unsure of what to do. We never actually saw what was out there (though it probably was a bear, he finally decided to bug out, telling the cameraman to turn his spotlight on full in order to get through the woods as quick as they could in the dark. The tension and suspense of that sequence was palpable.

If so the "bear" or what ever it was outside was actually a member of the production crew in a bear suit. Like what a mascot wears at a ball game.
