Difference in Endings?
I was watching this movie on VOD and I remembered reading that the ending of the movie differed when you watched it in the original version & the English dub.
Does anyone know the differences?

The English dub has an American version of the theme song that made me puke from lameness, followed by a teeny-pop remix, complete with Auto-tune. Watch it in Japanese...
shareMy japanese version also had that disney moment 2 minutes into the credits... I too had the same regurgitating sensation.
The Past is an illusion. It is indeterminate and probabilistic.share
I hated the song at the credits, the Japanese one was not much better

The movie was made with children in mind.
Can't stop the signal.
that end song is so annoying and won't get out of my head. horrible tune
*shrug* I love both versions of the Ponyo theme song; it's ridiculously adorable either way. I'm not so much of a purist that I'm automatically repulsed by anything that Disney adds to an already beautiful, charming film, even if it's good.
