There was never a dull moment in this show

I truly don't think this show went through even a five minute slump. If you look closely everything is hysterical, and that's what makes the show so impressive. Sometimes you have to look at the humor in a dark situation, or smirk as Kenny's own demise, but that's what's intended. Furthermore I loved how seasons/episodes differed in comedic style - to think "Back Bike Week" and Ashley Schaffer's plantation house fell in the same series let alone the same season is insane. From Mexico to Myrtle Beach this show is original and amazing. I miss it terribly but I think it ran its course and ended perfectly. 10/10

Can I ask what the point of a sarcastic one word answer was to my praising of this show? Of all the mindless complaining the goes on on imdb you chose an innocent complimentary thread on which to post a pointless belittling response? Go be sarcastic in traffic Dan_Garten.

I think it'll be remembered very fondly. The combination of over-the-top humor and pitch black humor was effortless. The whole thing is magic and ran the perfect amount of time.

I loved it, yea. I'm looking forward to Danny McBride and Jody Hill's next show, Vice Principals, which will again be on HBO. I'm guessing that it will premiere this fall, but I don't think there has been any announcement about when this new series will start.

EDIT: Actually, the Vice Principals IMDB page here says "July 2016", so apparently it's coming even sooner than I thought. Cool.

Agreed, this show was great from start to finish. There were a few episodes I recall not being laugh out loud hilarious(kenny finds his mom in season 3 springs to mind) but there was always something to redeem it, whether through comedy or true character.

The one thing that didn't work for me were the pre-themesong scenes in season 4(like when Guy Young fired the janitor for laughing at Kenny). They always worked in every episode, but those scenes in most of season 4 missed for me.
