Amber Heard, Christie from this movie wears white Ray-Ban's...
My question is... Does anybody know where I can get my hands on a pair of those?
You're a disease, and I'm the cure.

I thought it was quite funny that every pair of sunnies in the film were Ray-Bans.
Something else that made this movie a complete joke.
Dont worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow. Its already tomorrow in Australia.
Yes, you don't find real Ray Bans on racks in drugstores or gas stations, so it's unlikely that a lowlife like Rourke's character would be wearing them. Vuarnet sunglasses were big in the '80s, and I think those came in various frame colours, or at least the generic knock-offs did.
shareYeah I'm trying to track down Rourke's blue-tinted Wayfarers but no luck so far.

Yes, one needs very very dark Ray Bans to watch this crappy movie. I don't recall the Ray Bans I wore back in the day had RB white logo on the corner. I could be wrong... everything was hazy back in the '80s. Some of the fashion comes close but in the opening scene party - everyone was wayyyy to slick.
I was sucked in to watch this when I saw the preview and Simple Minds's "New Gold Dream" was playing in the background. Nonetheless, the characters in this movie were all background. Nice try on being Robert Altman.
