Maybe I wasn't watching closely enough, but why is this film called the Informers? Is that said somewhere in the dialogue?
There's no "I" in team, but there is an "m" and an "e."

The characters are "informing" us about their everyday lives. We are being "informed." Billy Bob mentions this in a scene of dialogue.

Also, like the second person said, we get informed about all the protagonists situations. (?)
