Its says she will be "taking over Natasha Henstrige´s part". I suppose this mean she will be playing the third and final incarnation of SIL.
Becouse if you remember Fitch´s explaination in the first movie, there were three embryos that accepted the alien DNA and began dividing. Out of those three two were frozen in liquid nitrogen, and one allowed to grow into the original SIL.
The second embryo was unthawed in -98 and grown into EVE. But the third and final one has never been adressed again, until now...
