To be more specific, the lady was giving Forbes money in exchange for a dog clone with alien DNA. Why the lady wants a dangerous, unpredictable alien/dog hybrid I don't know.
She just wanted her dog back and probably had no idea what the word hybrid even met. She seemed pretty air headed and just wanted her doggy back, like an older Paris Hilton.
