Does This Have Anything to Do with the Previous Three?

The only thing this movie has in common with the other three is the alien DNA signal from space. There are no characters from the other three in this one and no mentions of those characters. So in a word, no.
shareNo shared characters or storyline.
But I must say, I did love the scene with the evil Mexican alien soccer nun!
It clearly doesn't strongly tie into the other three.
It's a disappointment really.
Although the other three were a little sleazy the concept worked really well. Unusually for this sort of thing it was erotic in a meritable way.
This one was simply a gore flick and cheap thrills that didn't tie into the overall story line. The nun woman was no more than a gimmick. Mere eye candy. The story line in the first three wasn't a work of genius but it worked and was within acceptable parameters. This one stank. The story line was total pants.
I much prefer searching for the optimum mate aspect of the series.
Still, clearly this was a budget attempt at a sequal. It's to much to expect it to live up to the same standard.
