The Shakespeare book

Just doubting very much that that pretty slim book could be the complete works of William Shakespeare. How tiny would the print have to be?
So, just to check - anyone seen a book that thin claiming to be the complete works? It's gotta be a mock-up right? Maybe they couldn't afford to buy a proper book...

reply

It's possible. In college we had most of his plays published in books about 1/8" thick. Only half of that was the actual play, the rest was analysis. If you published just Shakes' writing, small text, thin pages then it probably wouldn't be too big.

While his works were grand, they werent extremely huge. Fine print and thin paper will fit them all in one book.
