DVD in the US

I think it's very probable the adaptations will come out on DVD for Region 1 after they air this fall.

I agree with Rosana. Masterpiece Theatre usually makes its presentations available on DVD following the broadcast. But I wouldn't wait too long to oder it, once it becomes available. With the trashing that it has taken on these boards, and others, I wonder if WGBH will print up only a limited number of copies?

Prior to the UK broadcasts, I had been considering ordering the region 2 DVDs. But now I find I can wait until November. I'm hoping that WGBH will come out with a boxed set of all 4 adaptations from their JANE AUSTEN SEASON on Masterpiece Theatre (includes BBC's 2007 miniseries of Sense and Sensibility).
