I don't think the prospects for Isabella are very good.
Later at Northanger Catherine says "I wish I had never known her" Eleanor responds by saying "Soon it will be as if you never did".
The way she says that made me think that Isabella, at least in the context of this version of NA, may be exiled from respectable society.
