I think goofed that line. He was trying to say "You're gonna be well done."

This was the best scene in the whole movie, and I had to wait until the very end for it.

Doctors always use bed-side manner terms like "you're going to be fine" to keep patients calm and in a positive mindset. So he said that to Krug sarcastically.
