How in the hell did they make Paige's stabs look so damn real? It didn't look like CGI. Thoughts?

I agree. Very intense sequence doesn't glorify violence, but shows how painful and detestable murder is.

I'm guessing gel.

It really is one of the most realistic stabbing scenes I've ever seen in a film. It's not over the top graphic but instead it actually simulates what a real knife attack would look like.
