He could have kept him chained up somewhere and kept alive for months of excruciating torture. His wife and him could have made it a thing to come out to the house on the weekends. He would have the medical knowledge to keep him alive after numerous lacerations, electrocutions, burnings, etc...He got off relatively easily with the microwave in my opinion.

I concur. It was like 10 seconds of pain. He might as well have just slit his throat. Wasn't really a commensurate amount of suffering.
