first i have to say,i live in a country that regime will actually stone(you don't wanna know what is that like) people for adultery.and you will be whiped 70 times if alcohol even touches your tongue.
i'm curious to know, is that what really happens in there? i mean normally university should be a place for people to continue their educations and stuff.and what we don't see in hollywood college movies is education.just bunch of guys who only use their minds to have sex and get high.[please don't get me wrong,i respect all kind of life styles.]

Not really. This is a very exaggerated version of college.

"Oh, my God. Bear is driving! How can that be?!"

It's somewhat like that but Hollywood isn't going to show the whole truth, people aren't entertained by reality.
Most universities have a population of students who party, most don't do it all the time though and it isn't their sole purpose for being there. The ones who are like that usually don't last very long in college.

This is correct. Lots of students try to party like this and fail out after a semester.

Its possible to drink and party a lot, but not to this scale, and not without good time management.
