Judging by his behavior, was the character Bearcat gay? I'm just curious.

Maybe? He did really intimate body shots off of the three guys, said some flirty things with them, and used the vibrator on himself.

I wouldnt bother looking too deep into it though. His entire role was the strange hairy guy who setup a lot of awkward joke scenes.
