shareSnelling: Stephen Moyers is an extremely handsome man -especially when he was younger. In a number of BBC series, he was always cast as the romantic lead or supporting character as in "Lillies". Maybe you're judging him on how he looked in the last Season - when he was not only older but made to look ill. How could you watch the First a Season, for example, and NOT see how attractive he is. Look around at the guys you know - assuming you're a woman; are they as dishy as Bill Compton is ? I don't think so. His dark hair, fair skin
( well, all the vamps have fair skin for obvious reasons but Moyers has dark auburn hair in real life, agate-shaped blue eyes, and chiseled features - especially his sensitive mouth. A lot depends on haircut. He was much handsomer, I thought, in Seasons 3 & 4 because the haircut was so right for his face. I didn't like the bangs he wore during most of Season 2.
Even Maggie'sView - no fan of the Compton character admitted in a post from January that Stephen Moyers was a very good-looking man with a good sense of humor. No wonder Anna Pacquin fell for him when they first met on the set in 2008. They got married several years later ( I think in 2010 ). I was really jealous of her. If you don't find him attractive, you have very bad taste. Eric is very attractive, too, in a different way. He may not be my type but I can certainly see why women go for him.

Ahh, the good old days. :) I remember thinking Bill was handsome and Eric was just okay in Season 1. And then Season 2 aired and Eric cut his hair, and I had a reverse Samson moment with him. I was like, "Bill who?" after that. lol
