Was this a dream/fantasy? I only ask because they are having their TG feast outside during the daytime. How, then, could Jessica be there? Or Arlene's beau?

In fairness though, the lighting was so sketchy at times during this show that it's easy to get day/night confused. I can remember multiple times that I thought "how the hell is Bill/Eric/Jessica awake when summertime noon daylight is streaming through windows?!?!"
Thanks for clearing that up. Gotta look closer next time.
