Looking for a scene, Jason Merlotte's, grabs a guys french fries(?)

I've been looking for a scene to show to a friend, and I'm amazed that I can't find it anywhere. It doesn't help that I don't remember what season it was from. I hope someone can help.

My memory of it is blurry so I may be off on the description, but it should be close.

Jason walks into Merlotte's and he's amped up about something. He turns to walk out and runs into a guy with a plate. He then turns around and snatches a french fry (I think) off the plate and eats it.

If anyone can remember the episode (or even a youtube clip of it) I'd be grateful.
