I do prefer MOSTLY everything about this cut I HATE the ending. I wish that was completely cut out and they just go with the magic kiss ending.

and Although I like the superman reveal to Lois it shows that it was a test screening. so they should just go with the original plot for that with the honeymoon

I would like to see the Lester cut bad add in Donner parts the extra white house scenes
Brando at the start again and how Superman got his powers back.
the Missile breaking the Phantom Zone as originally planned. (would have to cut the terrorist scene though if did this) this is how the first movie was suppose to end. Hell re cut the first movie and add that scene at the end of first movie instead!

I completely agree, I prefer this version overall but I absolutely despise the ending. There was no reason that he had to do that at all. It was just as stupid in the first film too. Actually, it’s even worse here because it means that basically the entire movie didn’t happen now.

Also, why did he feel the need to destroy his fortress of solitude first? Didn’t he just undo that when he spun the earth the opposite way and reversed time? Was Lex Luthor still inside it when he did that? Makes no sense.

I would have liked it better if Lois had just continued to know the truth that he was secretly Clark. No need for the silly memory wiping kiss that makes no sense or the equally ridiculous time reversal earth spin.
