I hated this film. Seriously, someone help me out.
The Darjeeling Limited is f#ckin bullsh!t. Seriously, could someone tell me what the F#ck Wes Anderson is upto? I found this absolutely pointless. None of the characters are believable except for that Sikh, there's no substance in his films and none of this is f#ckin funny. f#ckin low class slapstick, low class dialogue and is either, seriously self-indulgent, or fails miserably with its overambition. I'm not even fully sure what it aims to do. Wes Anderson seems to create troubled characters in his mind, put them in a story of redemption where they try to make things right and then imagines random situations. And we're supposed to figure out his characters from the way these situations turn out. Seriously, f#ck you and your puzzle. I got particularly annoyed with the way in which they showed us each character's crazy take in a situation- the camera rotates before stopping in front of a character that appears in focus, then the camera rotates before again stopping in front of another character. The scene where they bunk the flight and tear up their tickets, so f#ckin fake. I reiterate, what the f#ck is this guy on about? 3/10. I only liked Bill Murray being left out of The Darjeeling Limited. I've had enough of looking at him. Owen Wilson is a close second.
