Only for Wes Anderson fans?

This is the third of his films I've seen. Including Moonrise Kingdom (which I liked), and The Grand Budapest Hotel (which I loved). But this one just bored me. I didn't laugh once (literally not once). Nor did I feel anything during any of the 'so called sad' scenes. Overall I thought it was pretentious. Maybe its just for people who love Wes Anderson? I gave it a 6, which was generous. What did you think?
